Life Is A Daring Adventure Or Nothing

‘Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature nor do the children of men experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure.’

‘Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.’

A New Way Of Life

‘You cannot hope to grow spiritually unless you are prepared to change. Those changes may come in small ways to begin with but as you move further and further into the new, they will become more drastic and vital. Sometimes it needs to be a complete upheaval to bring about a new way of life.’

A Choice In Living Life

‘There are moments when one has to choose between living one’s own life, fully, entirely, completely or dragging out some false, shallow, degrading existence that the world in its hypocrisy demands.’

Oscar Wilde

A World Where Anything Is Possible

The Matrix is the first of a trilogy of science-fiction films that were written and directed by the Wachowski Brothers and following its release in early 1999, it not only achieved phenomenal box office success, it was also chosen by fans to be one of the greatest movies of our time in a poll conducted by ABC Television and People Magazine.

The plot is a futuristic war between humanity and machines in which the main character Neo chooses to learn the truth about life in a world constructed of simulated reality. He joins the forces with the ones that have awakened from the dream world in the rebellion against the gatekeepers inside the matrix.

In the epilogue, Neo communicates to those who are determined to continue their domination of human beings his intentions of expanding consciousness.  It’s a vision of an exciting and different world altogether.

‘I know you’re out there. I can feel you now. I know that you’re afraid. You’re afraid of us. You’re afraid of change.’

‘I don’t know the future. I didn’t come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it’s going to begin. I’m going to hang up this phone and then I’m going to show these people what you don’t want them to see. I’m going to show them a world without you, a world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries, a world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you.’
